Rent Your Wedding Dress from the Library
I love the library! At my local library, you can do so much more than just borrow books. You can film content, record a podcast, or even a song! Plus, did you know that some libraries even let you borrow items for your "Something Borrowed" wedding tradition? While not all may have wedding dresses, the benefits of your local library extend far beyond traditional borrowing. For example, you can gain free access to educational platforms like Udemy to upskill your life!

Taraji Henson and Project 2025
Thanks to Taraji’s speech during her excellent hosting of the BET Awards, the phrase “Project 2025” began trending. The 2025 Presidential Transition Project, dubbed Project 2025, proposes a bold and contentious set of changes to federal policy. This extensive plan calls for restricting access to abortion by limiting mail-order pills and imposing penalties on providers, scaling back, and privatizing crucial services like Medicare and Social Security, and terminating over 50,000 federal employees who are seen as obstacles to this agenda. Moreover, it suggests dismantling the U.S. Department of Education and placing significant agencies like the FTC, FCC, and Justice Department directly under presidential control. Authored by more than 400 conservative scholars and policy experts, including former Trump administration figures and prominent right-wing personalities, this 920-page document is a comprehensive blueprint for radical transformation. If Trump is elected, Project 2025 could mean the future of American policy.
