Sean Combs is being sued again! You may remember his girlfriend of almost a decade, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, sued him a few months ago, but this time it’s Rodney Jones. Rodney, or ‘Lil Rod’, is a music producer who worked on Diddy’s latest musical release, The Love Album. Well known people are mentioned or alluded to in the lawsuit such as Stevie J., Usher, Meek Mill, etc. Remember, this is ALL alleged.

News
Legendary DJ Jam Master Jay, of the rap group Run DMC, was killed in his music studio in 2002. Yesterday, February 27, his God son and childhood friend were convicted in his murder. It took more than 2 decades to find the convicted criminals due to the “snitches get stitches” culture.
“Snitches get Stiches” is a colloquial expression used to warn individuals against informing on others, particularly in criminal activities or within tight-knit communities where loyalty is highly valued. The phrase implies that those who inform authorities or betray confidences—referred to as "snitches"—will face retaliation or physical harm, symbolized by "stitches" from injuries. It underscores a code of silence, discouraging cooperation with law enforcement or authority figures to maintain solidarity or protect the interests of a group.

Recently, I watched a homosexual couple share their experience in Ghana for “Detty December.” This week, Ghana passed one of the strictest anti LGBTQ bills in the region. Many who identify with that community have said they will not return to the West African country.
"Detty December" is a popular term used in Nigeria and Ghana and globally to describe the festive period in December, especially noted for its high level of social activities, parties, concerts, family gatherings, and overall festive merriment. The term "Detty" is a playful twist on the word "dirty," implying that people are willing to indulge, let loose, and enjoy themselves to the fullest extent during the holiday season, often without much concern for the extravagance or the hectic pace of the season's social calendar. This period is characterized by an influx of diaspora Nigerians returning home, a spike in tourism, and a booming entertainment industry showcasing events almost daily. It's a time when people are encouraged to spend lavishly on leisure and enjoyment as a way to mark the end of the year and usher in the new one with hopes, aspirations, and positive vibes.
